Do you ship outside of the UK?Yes, we ship to destinations within the UK, the EU (European Union), USA and Asia. At the moment we do not have site facility to take payment from overseas. If you wish to place an order from outside the UK, please contact us to discuss your requirement, as we will need to treat this case by case.
How long will my goods take to arrive?Orders are processed on a first-come first-served basis, so even orders with no engraving may take a few days to process. If you are ordering from the UK, we aim to dispatch your order ASAP, but please give a typica 3-5 working days for the delivery time. If your gift items need to be delivered by a certain date, for instance for bridesmaids or groomsmens gifts, please contact us first with details of your order and shipping destination and we should be able to provide a precise delivery date. The times indicated above tend to be our maximum processing and shipping times. In most cases our customers receive their orders sooner.
Do you provide logo engraving?The free engraving service does not cover logo engraving, but for text engraving only. Please send us an email before hand, detailing your logo requirement, we will then talk you through the process. Please note, additional charges for logo digital artwork may occur.
Do you do bulk discount?If your order is for ten or more items of the same product, we can offer you bulk discount. Please visit the Contact Pewter Art page.
Is it safe to give my credit/debit card details online?Yes. Our online payment processing is handled by Google Checkout or Paypal, a world leader in secure online purchase processing. Pewter Art Ltd (the owner of this Web site) never sees your credit or debit card details - these are handled entirely by Google Checkout or Paypal.
Can I pay by cheque?Yes we can take Britih bank cheque, however your order will not be desptached until the cheque has been cleared. Should you wish to pay with cheque, please send us an email before hand. All cheque payments should be made out to : Pewter Art Ltd and send to us at : Pewter Art Ltd, 492 Chigwell Road, Woodford Green, Essex. IG8 8PA.
Where can I enter the engraving messages?Please remember to enter your email address in the text box before adding the item into your shopping basket. Upon our engraver receiving your order, you will be send with propose artwork and different fonts to choose from. |
